5HL Micro Brewery Build in Portugal

New 5HL pub brewery completed in our workshop and ready delivery to Portugal.
Based on the client’s site and demand to designed this micro brewery, and the brewery system designed by Alston team follows the unique brewing recipe and brewing habit. Following the preference of building layout and decoration, the brewhouse can be well combined with overall style.

It is a 500L micro brewery system steam heat with 2 vessel, mash lauter tank and kettle whirlpool, plus one HLT of 1000L. For steam line well connected with flange and All the condensed steam line can be connected and condensed water to be transferred to steam generator for water reusing, which lowers the energy consumption 20-25%.

It is also configured with 6×500L Unitanks, the tanks are with the beer pipe&glycol line connected to the bar system for on site beer serving.

Also the brewing system is with others fully configured, eg the full cold group, control unit, basic malt mill, CIP trolley etc.
